Do I need an appointment?

You do not require an appointment for X-Ray or routine ultrasound examinations or Laboratory tests as these are done on walk-in basis.
CT or MRI examinations will be done in the specified time lot.

What Are The Operating Hours Of Your Diagnostic Center?

We are open on all weekdays from 6.30am to 9pm. And on Sundays or General holidays we are available from 6.30am to 5pm. Our CT and MRI service is available 24 hours on all days for emergency scans.

How long is the duration of scan?

The duration of the scans will depend on the complexity of the issue and if there is special preparation required.
Most ultrasound examinations are done in less than 20mins, However Obstetric and Doppler examinations might take a bit longer. Routine MRI and CT examinations usually take 15 to 30 mins.
An X-ray typically takes 15 mins.

Is There Any Special Preparation Required For My Examination?

Special preparation depends on the type of examination ordered and body part being scanned. Kindly call us to enquire if your examination needs any special preparation. It is important that you wear comfortable clothing without metal buttons or jewelry. You can use a changing room and lockers to leave your personal belongings; however, we suggest that you leave any valuable items at home if possible.’ Click here for general instructions on examinations.

Will I Be Able To Move During My Diagnostic Imaging Exam?

In order for the imaging procedure to produce the highest quality images possible, patients are asked to remain still. Radiologist or Technologist will let you know when you should try to be still and when it is okay to move.

How Soon Will I Get The Results On My Scan?

It will depend on the complexity of the scan and usually for non-emergency scans the report will be generated within 2 hours after the scan for CT and MRI and within 30 mins for ultrasound examinations and X-rays. For emergency scans, reports are immediately informed to your treating physician over the phone and printed report should be generated as soon as possible.

What Are The Timings A Radiologist Is Available At Your Diagnostic Center?

Radiologists are available on all weekdays from 8.30am to 9pm and on Sundays or General Holidays from 8.30am to 2.30pm.

Can I Obtain Copies Of My Imaging Exams That Were Performed In A CD/DVD?

Yes. All CT and MRI examinations undergoing at our facility will be provided free of charge with CD/DVD containing images in DICOM format. DICOM viewer is also embedded in the disc.
