CT - Venogram
CT – Venogram is a specialized imaging procedure that uses computed tomography (CT) along with contrast dye to obtain detailed images of the venous system (veins). The contrast material is injected into a vein, allowing clear visualization of blood flow and vein structure.
This test is commonly used to detect conditions such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), venous blockages, narrowing, or congenital abnormalities of the veins. It provides high-resolution cross-sectional and 3D images, helping in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
