USG - Endorectal
USG - ENDORECTAL is an advanced ultrasound procedure performed using a specialized probe inserted gently into the rectum to obtain high-resolution images of the rectal wall, anal sphincter muscles, and nearby pelvic structures. This test is commonly used to evaluate rectal abnormalities, fistulas, tumors, abscesses, sphincter injuries, and other anorectal conditions.
The scan helps doctors assess the extent of disease, detect structural abnormalities, and guide treatment planning for colorectal and pelvic disorders. It may also be recommended for evaluating bowel control issues, chronic anal pain, or suspected rectal masses.
