USG - FISTULA is a specialized ultrasound scan performed to assess abnormal connections or tracts (fistulas) that may develop between organs, tissues, or the skin surface. The examination uses high-frequency sound waves to visualize the fistula tract, surrounding soft tissues, fluid collections, inflammation, or abscesses.
This scan is commonly used for evaluating conditions such as perianal fistulas, post-surgical fistulas, infected sinus tracts, or soft tissue fistulous connections.
